Mungchi

​Sprouted Mung beans mixed with locally produced Kimchi shaped in to a patty and slightly pan fried. Crispy umami flavor. Winner in the food inovation competition Ät!Sockholm

Fermented black eye peas nuggets

Black eye peas soaked, peeled and mixed into a batter with fresh spices and then fermented for 3 days. Served slightly pan fried or baked in oven.

Crispy and tangy taste. Suitable as a substitute for fish/chicken nugget.

Sprouted Lentils bites

Organic,green lentils soaked and then sprouted for two days. Mixed with fresh seasoning and organic potatoes. Served lightly pan fried with organic or baked in oven. Crispy on the outside and soft inside .
