NUTRITION SAVES LIVES

 My story has a tragic beginning. My partner, the mother of our then 1 year old son was diagnosed with breast cancer. We were determined to do everything we could for the outcome to be positive and I decided to use the power of food as medicine. I studied nutrition to complement my existing knowledge and founded Clean Cravings. Caribbean inspired and Clean Eating cuisine. I'm Robert Wiltshire founder of Clean Cravings 2020. Chef, Nutritional Therapist and Wellness warrior, lives in Malmö, Sweden and born in Trinidad and Tobago. Good food for you and the environment.
