Cooking Class - Vegeterian Buffé

Vegetarian cooking classes for private groups and companies - Plant based food recipes with focus on fresh, local, seasonal and sustainable raised food. Emphasis on healthy, whole ingredients, proper cooking techniques without iodized salt, refined sugar and gluten. 

Classes are held for groups of 10 up to 24ppl. You will be divided into smaller groups and assigned different recepies to cook with my help. We`ll create a tatsy vegetarian buffé to eat and enjoy at the end of class. Please note that I must be informed of any allergies or other preferences at least a week before the class.
